Due to changes in state law and dependent on Supreme Court Rulings I may need to place all adult content into a protected area that can only be accessed by registration and the uploading of an ID. This potentially could make the site more vulnerable and also the users more vulnerable. I do not like the idea and I have not yet implemented such a plan. I probably will not implement such a plan.
An alternative plan is to simply change this site so that adult content is reduced to one third of content and make the site more mainstream. That would mean putting all adult content where it can not be accessed. Then in the future for every 1 posting of adult content there must be 3 postings of mainstream content. Mainstream might simply mean fully clothed, drawings or AI renderings of sexy people. It might mean recipes. It might mean crossword puzzles or other puzzles. It might mean news articles.
If this change happens all adult content will need to be buried as there is no way I can implement the one third rule with existing content. Videos linked to adult tube sites will have to stay buried because that might be a murky area.
The change as of now will need to be implemented before July 1, 2025.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but the times are a changing and not for the better.
Although I will lose all linked traffic, the way I will probably implement this and avoid a breaking of the cms is to create a new CMS that will follow the new one third guidelines. All new content will be added there so as to follow the rules. And then if it looks like the Supreme Court is going to wrongly uphold the Texas law and similar laws in other states then access to this CMS will be removed.
